What am I? I am an entrepreneur. I am a technologist. I am an innovator. I am a servant leader.

I am passionate about taking a vision, forming a plan, and executing with a team of like-minded, capable partners.

My goal is to create value through innovation  - managing change through the creation of software systems/solutions that build or strengthen a business - where there is a drive to do more, to do better, or to do different. 

I’ve been characterized a "player-coach". I enjoy shaping product, working with customers, and building a business.  And... I like to get my hands dirty. While I grow, manage and guide technology teams, I also build and manage software at a detailed level when it makes sense. ( I can still code. )

Outside of work ... I am a son, I am a brother, I am a friend, I am a husband, and I am a father. These are things that I strive to be good at. I grew up in Schenectady, NY, a stone's throw from Union College and now reside in Needham, MA with my wife Judy, daughter Monika, my son Jason, and assorted wildlife. When I'm not working, I enjoy photography (I'm a Canon man with a touch of Fujifilm), cycling, and youth sports.
